I don't believe he could play for your TOP clubs as Galatasaray, Besiktas or Fenerbahce. That clubs are rich, they can buy better and more popular defenders. Will see, what happens - I believe he could play a big role for your defence, but I'm not sure as I haven't seen your matches.
Of course it won't be easy for Latvian to adapt in Turkey. Maybe it is good, that he has been in South Africa, where it is not easy for European to adapt as well. I think Ivanovs is a professional, and no clubs and parties won't be a problem for him. But - if you say it's not easy to adapt especially in Sivas - why is it so?

Wellcome our fan site brother! Greetings from Turkey, too.
I do not agree with Sivaslibey for his opinions about Sivas city. As you said above, Deniss played in South Africa, so why should not he play in Sivas? Sivas has more than 300,000 inhabitants in city center and about 700,000 inhabitants in total city, towns and villages. But here is the most important thing that our city has about 4,000,000 fellow citizen in biggest cities of Turkey such as İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir and besides outside of the country. These people compose main power of our team.
On the other hand, railroads, international airport, highways connect Sivas to the world. Sivas is a modern city, with its hardworking and respectfull people. I strongly believe that Deniss will love this city with its history, social and cultural life and of course the weather resembles Baltic countries.
With all respect.
