Actually I don't know about your team's level, but as I see, Sivasspor is not a TOP team in Turkey, so Ivanovs has to be a really good player for you. The only problem could be that Ivanovs is maybe not ready yet, because the season in South Africa starts in 3 weeks, but I think it is so in Turkey as well.
Ivanovs is an experienced player, a stable starting 11 in Latvian national team (and not Lithuanian; I think you Turkish remember matches against LATVIA in Euro 2004 qualifier
